What are the shipping timelines?

Order handling: we hand your package over to the carrier within 2–3 business days of confirmation.

Delivery: typically within 7–10 business days from confirmation (the 2–3 days of preparation are included).
You will receive a tracking email once the shipment departs.

Returns & Refunds

How does the refund process work?
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval, please contact us at ecorideswiss@gmail.com.

Real-world range: how many kilometers can I ride?
It depends on battery capacity (Wh), rider weight, route/gradients, temperature, and riding style. On average, real-world range is about 70–85% of the stated figure. Share your typical route and we’ll recommend the best option.

Batteries: spare parts and safety?
We provide original replacement batteries when available. Use certified chargers only, do not charge unattended, and charge in well-ventilated areas.

Routine maintenance?
Regularly check brakes, tire pressure, and bolt tightness, and lubricate the chain (for e-bikes). A general check every 3–6 months extends the vehicle’s lifespan.

App & connectivity (Bluetooth/GPS)?
Some models offer apps for stats and settings. See the “Connectivity” section on each product page.
